Refunds or Replacements Will Be Issued If

A replacement product may be done is the Client Approve or

A full refund of payment will be done

Which you will have to provide Proof (such as photos and order details)

Extra Relief EU Policy states that, for any issue Customers are usually required to ask for Refund within:

3 to 7 days of receiving the order

Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

2. Order Cancellations

To cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it. Cancellations can only be processed if the order has not yet been prepared or dispatched.
